Enter verified and approved bills into QuickBooks.</li><li>
Track all open items, deadlines, and follow-ups.</li><li>
Follow up consistently until issues are fully resolved.</li><li>
Maintain organized records of invoices, approvals, and communications.</li><li>
Flag anything unusual or outside expected ranges for review.</li><li>
Assist with reporting and operational tracking as needed.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
