THE DAY-TO-DAY:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Make, serve, and demonstrate complex knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available, proportioning ingredients according to standardized.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls and the cleanliness of the bar and equipment Account for poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork.</p></li><li><p>
Provide Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrate proficiency in food service, knowledge of menu, allergies, and other potential guest restrictions. This includes but is not limited to, proper marking, clearly, and table side service.</p></li><li><p>
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.</p></li><li><p>

POSITION SUMMARY</b></div><div>
F&amp;B Porters are part of the critical foundation of our bar operation. For our business to function properly, we require our Porters to work incredibly hard and be in constant communication with all Team Members. GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES</b></div><p>

When applicable, place safety hazard signs in the building including wet floor warning signs.</li><li>
Monitor, surface clean, deep clean and service restrooms.</li><li>
Respond to any major spills or other cleaning crises.</li><li>
Remove litter and rubbish from main public area.</li><li>
Clean all floor mats.</li><li>
Service first focus in effectively communicating with guests, and team members.</li><li>
Assist with receiving and disposition of orders from vendors and warehouses.</li><li>
Pick up trash from bars and dispose of properly.</li><li>
Scrub walls and trash cans.</li><li>
Break down corrugated cardboard boxes for recycling.</li><li>
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in FOH areas, as necessary.</li><li>
Utilize proper cleaning chemicals for designated cleaning and sanitization.</li><li>
Clean carpet, all floors, upholstery, tabletops, windows, mirrors, chair legs and table bases.</li><li>
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.</li><li>
Strictly abide by any state sanitation/health regulations and property requirements.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.</li><li>
Perform all other job-related duties as requested.</li><li>
Clean up biohazards according to proper procedures.</li><li>
Clean removable marks, dirt, and dust from baseboards.</li><li>
Clean and remove all graffiti located around property.</li><li>
Maintains cleanliness and organization of supply/storage closets.</li><li>
Re-clean items and/or areas not meeting standards.</li><li>
Handle all wares carefully to prevent breakage and loss.</li><li>
Monitors usage of chemicals to maximize consumption.</li><li>
Responsible for the security and timely return of all assigned keys.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
WORKING CONDITIONS</b></div><div>
Must be able to:</div><ul><li>
Withstand prolonged walking, standing, bending, pushing, climbing, and kneeling.</li><li>
Work indoors and outdoors and be exposed to environmental factors such as excessive noise, seasonal heat and cold, hard to reach and unclean work areas, cigarette smoke, and hazardous materials and equipment.</li><li>
Use the equipment associated with the position, including but not limited to carts, vacuums, pressure washers and all other cleaning equipment.</li><li>
Lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Must be over 21 years of age.</li><li>

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts.</li><li>
Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>
