Set up assigned station per outlet standards, specifications and inventories.</li><li>
Make &amp; serve drinks to guests &amp; cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures &amp; policies regarding beverage &amp; safety controls.</li><li>
Greet, interact and engage with guest in a highly professional manner exceeding guest expectations at all times.</li><li>
Accomplish daily assignments and checklists as assigned.</li><li>
Assist other bartenders and servers whenever necessary for total unity and teamwork to ensure efficient and quality service to all guests.</li><li>
Maintain front and back of the house cleanliness standards to ensure that the highest quality products are consistently being delivered to the guest at all times.</li><li>
Manage time and bar section productivity according to the volume of business in all areas.</li><li>
