Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.2. Customer Service: Welcome and greet customers with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring they have a positive experience at the caf&eacute;.3. Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our coffee offerings, including the origin, flavor profiles, and brewing methods. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.5. Cash Handling: Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, efficiently, and securely. Maintain the cash register and ensure it balances at the end of each shift.6. Upselling and Recommending: Suggest additional items such as pastries, chocolate or alternative coffee options to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.7. Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently. Report any issues or malfunctions promptly to management.8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support during peak hours.9. Training: Participate in training sessions to improve coffee-making skills, customer service, and product knowledge.Qualifications:- Previous Experience: Prior experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
