Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.</li><li>Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.</li><li>Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries or requests promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.</li><li>Promote sales by suggesting drink specials or upselling menu items to customers.</li><li>Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while maintaining a clean work environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.</li><li>Knowledge of cash register operation, cash handling, keno and POS systems is essential.</li><li>Experience in nightclub or bar settings is beneficial but not mandatory.</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.</li></ul>Join our team and bring your bartending skills to life in an exciting atmosphere where you can showcase your creativity while delivering outstanding service!Job Type: Part-timePay: From $6.75 per hourWork Location: In person
