The Position

What will I be doing?
As a Bartender at Eilan Hotel, you will be responsible for driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<ul><li>
Knowledge of mixed liquor&rsquo;s and ale&rsquo;s soda, water, sugars and other prepared beverages.</li><li>
Serve other cold beverages such as wine, beer and sodas and collect monies for beverages served as well as food served in the lounge area.</li><li>
Prepare bar area in supplies needed such as ice, slice and pit fruit garnishing drinks etc. Full knowledge of Micros and end of shift reports.</li><li>
Place bottle goods and glasses to make an attractive display. All bottles are placed according to specs.</li><li>
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.</li></ul>
What will I bring?<ul><li>
High School graduate or equivalent</li><li>
1+ years of Cashiering/Cash Handling Experience</li><li>
Previous Bartender experience (preferred)</li><li>
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>
minimum 21 years of age</li><li>
Ability to push, pull and lift to 50 pounds</li></ul>
