Job Description 
The Bartender is responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences that embody the elegance, sophistication, and personalized service synonymous with both brands. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail</li><li>
Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverage menus, mixology techniques, ingredients, and pairing recommendations</li><li>
Engage guests confidently, anticipating preferences and creating memorable bar experiences</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area and service stations at all times</li><li>
Ensure accurate order taking, billing, cash handling, and POS transactions</li><li>
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control, requisitions, and beverage storage procedures</li><li>
Adhere to hotel policies, hygiene standards, and responsible alcohol service practices</li><li>

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, upscale lounge, or fine dining environment</li><li>
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques</li><li>
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a warm and engaging personality</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect confidently with guests</li><li>
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail</li><li>

 Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to bar set-up area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.  Ensure that FOH and BOH staffs are familiar with the day&rsquo;s requirement.
