We're Kalispell's only pho bar with a full liquor license, and we're building a team as bold as our broth.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a driven, people-first team member who can wear multiple hats &mdash; serving, bartending, and running expo &mdash; depending on shift needs. You'll be a key part of the guest experience from the moment someone walks in to the moment they're planning their next visit. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with their team, and genuinely loves making people feel welcome.WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>Greet and guide guests through our menu with enthusiasm and product knowledge &mdash; from our 24-hour northern-style pho and signature appetizers to our full craft cocktail program</li><li>Take orders accurately, manage tables with good timing, and anticipate needs before guests have to ask</li><li>Bartend during bar shifts &mdash; build cocktails from our house recipe system, pour beer and wine, and keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly</li><li>Run expo as needed &mdash; coordinate ticket flow between the kitchen and floor, ensure every plate goes out correctly and on time</li><li>Communicate clearly and proactively with your team throughout every shift</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized station whether you're on the floor, behind the bar, or on expo</li><li>Represent Pho Hanoi with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality every single shift</li></ul>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<ul><li>A team-first attitude &mdash; you pick up where others left off, you communicate, and you show up ready to work</li><li>Real drive &mdash; you don't wait to be told what to do, you see what needs doing and you do it</li><li>A genuine commitment to guest experience &mdash; you care whether people leave happy, not just whether their order was correct</li><li>Previous serving or bartending experience preferred, but we'll train the right person</li><li>Ability to stay composed and focused during busy rushes</li><li>Montana Food Handler's Card and ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain before first shift)</li><li>Must be 18+ to bartend</li></ul>WHY PHO HANOI<ul><li>We're a concept people are excited about &mdash; the only pho bar with a full liquor license in Flathead Valley</li><li>Family-owned, locally grounded, and invested in doing things the right way</li><li>A full cocktail program with house-crafted syrups, Vietnamese beer, and curated wine &mdash; interesting work for serious bartenders</li><li>A kitchen that takes pride in every bowl &mdash; 24-hour broth, fresh daily prep, local Montana meats from M&amp;S Meats</li><li>A team environment where your effort is noticed and your voice matters</li></ul>HOW TO APPLYStop in at 2205 US Hwy 93 South, Kalispell, MT and introduce yourself &mdash; we love meeting people in person.
