Boston Harbor Hotel is seeking an experienced, passionate, and innovative hospitality professional to join our Food &amp; Beverage team as a <b>Lead Mixologist</b>. This leadership role is responsible for elevating guest experience through exceptional beverage service, creativity, and mentorship. The Lead Mixologist serves as a role model for the bar team by demonstrating expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails while maintaining the highest luxury service standards.</div><div></div><div><br>
In addition to providing exceptional guest service, the Lead Mixologist will oversee the execution of the beverage program, develop seasonal cocktail menus, train and mentor bartenders, maintain quality and consistency, and support bar operations to ensure outstanding experience</div><div></div><div><b><br>

This is a full-time position requiring flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum of three (3) years of bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.</li><li>

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The primary responsibilities for the <b>Lead Mixologist </b>include, but are not limited to:</div><br>

Assist with greeting guests, creating a good first impression for the guest experience.</li><li>
Completion of all opening and closing side work.</li><li>
Design, develop, and execute seasonal and specialty cocktail menus that align with the hotel's luxury brand.</li><li>
Full knowledge and descriptions of all wines, liquors and beers in the restaurant, and be able to effectively make recommendations.</li><li>
Ensure all cocktails are prepared consistently to established recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>
Train, mentor, and coach bartenders on recipes, techniques, luxury service standards, and product knowledge.</li><li>
Ability to make specialty cocktails and add inspiration to new menus.</li><li>
Service of cocktails, wine and champagne in accordance with safe alcohol service standards.</li><li>
Serve guests of the bar area efficiently, and with complete knowledge of food and beverage menus.</li><li>
Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency throughout each shift.</li><li>
Receive Server orders, issue wines, mix drinks and keep proper control points.</li><li>
Meet and exceed all guest requests and expectations with a professional attitude.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all safe alcohol service policies and applicable state and local regulations.</li><li>
Ensure the bar is kept clean and in good order throughout the evening.</li><li>
Adhering to the proper cash handling procedure including tip reporting, due backs, and bank.</li><li>
Provide the highest service standards possible to all guests.</li><li>

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.</li><li>
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>
Must possess basic computational ability.</li><li>
Must be able to lift to 30lbs + on a regular and continuous basis.</li><li>
Must maintain an organized and pristine work area.</li><li>

The Huntington is looking to expand its Front of House Operations Team at the Huntington<br>
Theatre! Come join our Front of House team at one of Boston&rsquo;s World Class Performance<br>
Venues.</p><p>
FOH staff are required to work a minimum of two (2) shifts per week, and all shifts are paid<br>
at a 3-hour minimum.</p><p>
Front of House Staff have access to complimentary ticket offers to shows in all Huntington operated<br>
venues.</p><p>
JOB DUTIES:</p><ul><li>
Serve as a professional, friendly, and outgoing representative of the Huntington Theatre and The Huntington.</li><li>
Welcome and greet patrons</li><li>
Prepare and distribute playbills, inserts, and other promotional materials</li><li>
Scan/check tickets</li><li>
Develop an understanding of the layout of the building to provide accurate wayfinding instructions to patrons and clients</li><li>
Serve as ushers, ensuring patrons are seated in a safe and accurate manner</li><li>
Opportunities to train as Bartenders (upon completion of training in all other FOH positions at the Huntington Theatre).</li><li>
Assist with moving furniture (including chairs, tables, stanchions, and stools) to prepare venues and lobby spaces.</li><li>
Attend mandatory Orientation and Emergency Preparation Trainings as scheduled by Management.</li><li>
Answer basic questions patrons have about the theatre and future productions</li><li>
Must be able to lift twenty (20) pounds, stand for extended periods of time, and navigate stairs and various levels of the venue.</li></ul><p>
