About the Role

As a Collector Experience Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that both collectors and sellers feelheard, supported, and valued across Fanatics Collect and Fanatics Live. Your key responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Schedule and control shift operations effectively to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.</li><li>
Ensure the manufacturing of high-quality products by meeting/exceeding Q2 targets, improving processes to reduce/eliminate market complaints, and protecting product integrity.</li><li>
Manage and aid in all maintenance efforts to keep machines functioning efficiently and decrease periods of inactivity.</li><li>
Drive breakthrough results in Process Reliability, Planned and Unplanned Downtime while delivering against the Master Production Schedule.</li><li>
Mentor and develop EOs and encourage multiskilling in shift.</li><li>
Maintain positive connections with CBA representatives to ensure smooth operations on the floor.</li><li>
Monitor and ensure compliance with Company EH&amp;S policies on the shop floor to provide a safe and healthy work environment.</li><li>
Encourage shop floor employees to come up with new and different ideas for work to ensure continuous improvement processes.</li></ul><div></div> 
What are we looking for?<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering and computer sciences</li><li>
0-3 years of experience preferably in a FMCG industry</li><li>
Proven initiative, drive, and leadership abilities to lead a team with decision-making and resource management skills</li><li>
Effective interpersonal and influencing skills</li><li>
Outstanding leadership and conflict management skills</li><li>
Working experience with SAP is desirable</li><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>
Knowledge of Quality systems, ISO 9001/14001, and SPC is desirable</li><li>
Ability to enforce rigor and set outstanding work practices within the team</li></ul></div><div></div>
