This position will lead our Business Development Center (BDC) team to generate high-quality sales opportunities, maximize conversion rates, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our reputation for outstanding service. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead, train, and motivate BDC team members to meet and exceed appointment, lead conversion, and sales support goals.</li><li>
Manage all inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and online leads to ensure prompt, professional responses.</li><li>
Implement proven scripts, follow-up schedules, and CRM best practices to maximize conversion rates.</li><li>
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate promotions, events, and lead-generation campaigns.</li><li>
Track and analyze BDC performance metrics, providing regular reports and improvement strategies to the General Manager.</li><li>
Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in the dealership&rsquo;s CRM and lead management systems.</li><li>
Maintain a deep understanding of our marine product lines, promotions, and financing options to effectively support the sales process.</li><li>
Develop and implement training programs to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer engagement.</li><li>
Assist in resolving escalated customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and protect the dealership&rsquo;s reputation.</li><li>
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and online presence to identify new business opportunities.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
<ul><li>
3+ years of management experience in a BDC, inside sales, or call center role &mdash; marine, recreational, or powersports industry experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Proven track record of achieving lead conversion and appointment-setting goals.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional phone presence.</li><li>
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with dealership management systems (DMS) a plus.</li><li>

 The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within the dealership.
