Unmatched.&nbsp;You’ll be responsible for building high-quality pipelines through outbound prospecting, engaging inbound leads, and booking meetings with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, founders, and decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.&nbsp;What You’ll Do&nbsp;1. Outbound Prospecting (Your Primary Motion)<ul><li>Identify, research, and engage target accounts across MENA</li><li>Build and run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, calls, LinkedIn)</li><li>Personalize outreach based on company, industry, and HR/TA challenges</li></ul>&nbsp;2. Inbound Lead Engagement (Your Speed Advantage)&nbsp;<ul><li>Respond to inbound leads fast and move them through early qualification</li><li>Understand intent signals to prioritize high-conversion opportunities</li><li>Convert MQLs to SQLs with tight follow-up and structured discovery</li></ul>&nbsp;3. High-Quality Qualification&nbsp;<ul><li>Uncover pain points, urgency, decision-makers, budgets, and timelines</li><li>Ensure only high-quality meetings make it to the Sales Manager / AE</li></ul>&nbsp;4. Pipeline &amp; CRM Ownership&nbsp;<ul><li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records</li><li>Track activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage</li><li>Forecast your pipeline with precision</li></ul>&nbsp;5.
