Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency.  As a Beach Guru, you are responsible for ensuring that all Beach &amp; Recreational area activities are completed in a timely and effective way, and your position will include key responsibilities such as:

 Follow all guidelines of the Recreation Department operational Sop&rsquo;s and task lists as provided

 Organize, clean and maintain the entire Recreation Area and back offices,

About the role 
The Housekeeping Administrative Coordinator manages calls into the housekeeping department and ensures all guest requests are forwarded to the appropriate individual to follow through on request, facilitating the operational efficiency of the department.
What you will do<ul><li>
Open the department in the morning shift, print all needed reports. Create daily work assignments for Room Attendant and Turndown Attendant in designated computer systems. Issues the daily work assignments to Lobby Attendants, Housemen and Supervisors.</li><li>
Ensure special set ups in guestrooms, guest requests, group and event movement are highlighted on assignments.</li><li>
Monitor Housekeeping, Laundry &amp; Valet and Engineering service requests from guests for action in a timely manner and follow up if needed.</li><li>
Update daily the PowerPoint briefing slideshows for the Morning and Evening Housekeeping briefings.</li><li>
Monitor status of stayover rooms and arrival rooms and move rooms around in Room Attendant assignments to ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected by 3pm.</li><li>
Monitor Housekeeping staffing for all positions for the next day and informs the Housekeeping management of any over or understaffing according to labor standards.</li><li>
Conduct weekly inventories of all Housekeeping supplies with the input of the Floor Supervisors and submit Purchase Orders to hold par levels.</li><li>
Maintain tracking sheets for Housekeeping staff productivity.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness in the Housekeeping Office and storage rooms</li></ul>
