GENERAL SUMMARY The Cold Brew Assistant Brewer role is designed to help facilitate all ongoing production tasks inside the Cold Brew Department, including both production of Cold Brew Coffee and Packaging related tasks. The Assistant Brewer will work in conjunction with Cold Brew Manager and Cold Brew Packaging Tech to ensure all food safety and quality control standards are followed, while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
