<div>POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in supporting a specialized special education program focused on fostering communication skills, safe behaviors, and academic readiness for elementary students. The BCBA will work closely with a special education teacher and a team of specialized staff to provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)</li><li>
Collaborate with IEP teams to establish and monitor behavioral goals and supports</li><li>
Provide consultative and direct support for students with behavioral needs</li><li>
Supervise and provide ongoing direction, support, and performance feedback to the district Behavior Technician, including assigning tasks, monitoring fidelity of implementation, and ensuring compliance with BCBA supervision requirements</li><li>
Coach and train school personnel in the implementation of behavior strategies, data collection, and proactive supports</li><li>
Assist in the development and support of school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations</li><li>
Participate in team meetings and professional development</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field</li><li>
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)</li><li>
Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate or the ability to obtain one</li><li>
Experience providing behavior analytic services to children and adolescents in educational settings</li><li>
Experience supervising Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB guidelines</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Experience in public school systems</li><li>
Familiarity with IDEA, IEP development, and special education compliance</li><li>
Training in crisis response and de-escalation (e.g., CPI, Safety-Care)</li></ul>

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This includes the assessment and analysis of the patient&rsquo;s skills and challenging behaviors, development of treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of treatment, collaboration with and training of their patient&rsquo;s caregivers, as well as ongoing coaching and training of behavioral technicians. Treatment plans are primarily designed to address areas of medical necessity and may occur in a variety of settings including the CARD center, patient&rsquo;s home, school, community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position.<div> 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<ul><li>Be able to work with patients who are seated on the floor, in small chairs, or other home, school, community and clinic environments</li><li>Move frequently throughout the therapeutic setting to gather materials, anticipate and respond to the movement of a patient, and/or provide instruction in a variety of settings, such as school, playground, clinic, or community locations</li><li>Constantly position oneself to participate and respond to the movements and behaviors of patients, including but not limited to bending to assist a patient, kneeling/crouching to teach a play skill, hurrying to block an open doorway, or reaching to prevent a patient from entering a traffic congested street</li><li>Be able to utilize continuous visual tracking in order to monitor the movement of patients, as well as the items and circumstances in the surrounding environment</li><li>Occasionally move to evade aggressive behaviors and/or physically block attempts to aggress towards others. POSITION OVERVIEW: 
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This includes the assessment and analysis of the patient&rsquo;s skills and challenging behaviors, development of treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of treatment, collaboration with and training of their patient&rsquo;s caregivers, as well as ongoing coaching and training of behavioral technicians.
