Prescribes, monitors, and performs medication management with tasks including but not limited to monthly medication checks with clients to monitor symptoms and effectiveness of medication, consults with pharmacies for medication approvals, and works with insurance funders to obtain authorizations for medication</li><li>
Documents all medical evaluations, diagnoses, procedures, treatments, consultations, referrals, and patient outcomes in the client's file ensuring compliance and adherence to state and regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures, and current standards of clinical practice</li><li>

Required Qualifications</b></p><br>

Master&rsquo;s degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice from an accredited institution required.</li>
<li>At least two years&rsquo; experience as a Nurse Practitioner</li>
<li>Experience in substance use disorders (SUDs) and/or mental health</li>

<li>Board Certified PMHNP</li>
<li>Controlled Substance / DEA Certification</li>
<li>First Aid / CPR Certification</li>
