</div><div><div>The Native Collective Research Effort to Enhance Wellness (NCREW) addresses overdose, substance use, mental health, and pain management programs that are funded by NIH&rsquo;s Helping to End Addiction Long-term (HEAL) Initiative, which bolsters research across NIH to improve both prevention and treatment for opioid misuse and addiction and pain management. The NCREW Program seeks to support Tribes and Native American Serving Organizations (T/NASOs) in responding to the opioid/drug public health emergency through grant-funded research projects aimed at addressing overdose, substance use and pain, and related factors such as mental health or wellbeing. This position is located within the Absentee Shawnee Tribal Health Service (ASTHS) at the Little Axe, OK, location. The Director of Behavioral Health NIH NCREW Grant is responsible for partnering with the Director of Behavioral Health Services, Executive Director, Medical Director, and the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma Council to align, support, manage, and expand the Behavioral Health NIH NCREW Grant. The overarching goal is to advance a comprehensive research, prevention, and treatment program that serves Absentee Shawnee Tribal members as well as current and future ASTHS patients. The Director will also serve as a primary point of communication with Tribes and tribal behavioral and physical health programs.</div>

Pathways to Success is a State of Illinois initiative to provide comprehensive care coordination that will enhance access to critical behavioral, medical and social services for children with complex behavioral health challenges. The program utilizes the evidence-informed Care Coordination and Support model. This is a structured approach to care coordination that adheres to required procedures for child and family engagement, individual care planning, identifying and utilizing strengths and natural supports while monitoring progress and fidelity to the required processes. <b>Position Summary:
</b><br>
Provide preventative maintenance functions as well as repairs involving plumbing components/systems, electrical, drywall and painting, HVAC systems, furnishings, and equipment. Ability to work productively, proactively and in a positive supporting manner when interacting with host facility building management staffs. Ability to communicate need and urgency of repairs or response in a positive manner. Ability to report interaction with building services and report of issue status to the CEO and facility management in a positive manner. Must command understanding of door locking systems, access control systems and general security of the behavioral health environment. Must command understanding, knowledge and ability to service, repair, program and facilitate facility IS/IT systems and communication systems.</p><p><b>
Education: </b>High School Diploma required, Associates degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience (preferred)</p><p><b>

Experience with door locking and access control systems, electronic coding or programming of systems.</li><li>

The Supportive Living House Coordinator provides leadership and oversight to assist the Manager. This position also performs regular duties, works with the respective Director of Operations to assist in monitoring residents and rooms.<p></p><p><b>
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b><br>
Coordinator duties (under direction of manager/director) to include:</b></p><ul><li>
Assign household chores to residents.</li><li>
Monitor resident&rsquo;s rooms for cleanliness.</li><li>
Ensure that all residents are properly respecting and maintaining common areas (esp. kitchen, living room).</li><li>
Monitor that residents are following house rules including curfew/lights out hours.</li><li>
Maintain an inventory of all household supplies (i.e. cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, furniture, household keys, etc).</li><li>
Prepare bedrooms for all new residents (i.e. clean linens, dresser drawers, bedroom cleanliness etc).</li><li>
Welcome and introduce new residents to all existing residents.</li><li>
Review Program and House Rules with all new residents and ensure resident compliance with house rules.</li><li>

<div><div>The Departments of Psychiatry at the Rutgers University Schools of Medicine, in collaboration with the University Behavioral Health Care (UBHC) and RWJBarnabas, are recruiting a leading researcher for the position of Brandt Center Director of Research and Academic Affairs. To fulfill the promise of the Brandt Center and to propel Rutgers into the highest echelon of leadership and innovation in the field, the chancellor of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) will commit to a major start-up package to recruit and retain a visionary leader to establish the Center research program. This is in line with recent high-profile strategic hires to grow the research profile of RBHS. The inaugural director will have a unique opportunity to redefine the standard of care in the 21st century for the broad population of adolescents and young adults treated by the Rutgers Health system while advancing his or her own portfolio of research and scholarship.<br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate will be an established leader in behavioral health research with a focus on youth and young adults. The candidate should have strong externally funded research and be prepared to develop a basic and/or clinical research program to address the needs of this specific population across the Rutgers Health system. Candidates must also have prior experience in designing and conducting research engaging diverse patient populations. The candidate should be a leader who can coordinate multi-disciplinary research in this field among Rutgers faculty, connect research to clinical care provided at the Brandt Center as well as throughout the Rutgers Health system, and develop new research opportunities. Applicants must have a PhD, MD, or equivalent doctoral degree, academic achievement that supports appointment as a Professor with tenure, and demonstrated ability to lead an independent NIH-funded research program.<br>
</div><div>The start-up package for this position will include salary; relocation expenses for a New Jersey-based home, laboratory, and office; and start-up funding and support to recruit a cadre of additional clinical and research faculty. </div><div>The Marlene and Barry Brandt Behavioral Health Treatment Center and Residence, the newest part of this system, will transform youth and young adult mental health care in New Jersey and serve as a model for care nationwide. In a homelike atmosphere, the center will provide world-class treatment for adolescents and young adults who are facing the challenges associated with anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. The center will serve families in New Jersey and neighboring states who are searching for a concierge- level program with nationally recognized academic, medical, and community resources at its disposal.<br>
