This role is responsible for delivering individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, completing clinical documentation, and providing supervision oversight in accordance with state and accreditation standards.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>&middot; Oversees the performance of chemical dependency counselor&rsquo;s, interns, and other mental health profession assessments to assure that client care needs are identified and incorporated in the treatment plans.</p><p>&middot; Ensures proper staffing for all programs</p><p>&middot; Collaborates with directors and coordinators of other services within GCBH (i.e. school supervisor) as it pertains to client care and ongoing services.</p><p>&middot; Collaborates with referral sources and educates the community about services at GCBH.</p><p>&middot; Oversees quality improvement activities including peer reviews and chart reviews.</p><p>&middot; Oversees credential requirements ensuring all standards or practice are being met</p><p>&middot; Conducts mental health assessments screening tools.</p><p>&middot; Conducts psychotherapy or expressive groups as determined by level of licensure and assignment.</p><p>&middot; Conducts individual therapy sessions.</p><p>&middot; Assumes responsibility associated with case management of clients on his/her case load as needed.</p><p>&middot; Documents all interactions with clients in the clients&rsquo; individual file.</p><p>&middot; Conducts weekly/biweekly clinical team meetings with all supervisors at designated locations including employees and interns.</p><p>&middot; Appropriately documents all supervision sessions.</p><p>&middot; Reviews all clinical documentation of supervisors including assessments, progress notes, and all other relevant clinical documentation.</p><p>&middot; Meets with intern&rsquo;s school supervisors to provide updates on intern&rsquo;s progress.</p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p>&middot; Master&rsquo;s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or another relevant field.</p><p>&middot; Active LISW license in the state of Ohio (required)</p><p>&middot; Three years of experience in working with adults or any combination of education and experience.</p><p>&middot; Clinical theory and specific techniques of intervention.</p><p>&middot; Supervisory skills and methods including multicultural issues.</p><p>&middot; Knowledge of community resources and the ability to employ knowledge in a clinically sound discharge plan for all client groups.</p><p>&middot; Ability to organize a complex workload so that all pertinent issues are addressed in a timely fashion and documented when necessary, including basic computer skills</p><p>&middot; Knowledge of various schools of individual therapy and the ability to use clinical knowledge to intervene therapeutically with difficult clients.</p><p>&middot; Ability to establish good rapport and demonstrate a positive public relations image in working with the public, clients, families, significant others, and other staff</p><p>&middot; Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.</p><p>&middot; Ability to interact effectively with clients in an empathic and professional manner.</p><p>This role is ideal for passionate social work professionals eager to lead impactful change while advancing their career in a supportive environment dedicated to excellence in behavioral health.</p><p><b>Benefits Include:</b></p><p>&middot; <b>CEU Trainings</b></p><p>&middot; <b>Medical/dental/vision insurance (no premium)</b></p><p>&middot; <b>401 (k) with employer match option</b></p><p>&middot; <b>14 paid holidays</b></p><p>&middot; <b>***Sign on bonus $3,000***</b></p><p>Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
