<div><div><p>Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE) is currently seeking a <b><i>Care Manager Supervisor</i></b>.</p><p>
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is motivated and committed to providing outstanding service each and every day to children and families in Essex County.</p><p><b>
What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li>
Advance the mission and values of the Partnership for Children of Essex on behalf of staff, children and families.</li><li>
Supervise Care Managers in the discharge of their duties which includes overseeing Care Manager&rsquo;s collaboration with families to organize and coordinate the development of a Child Family Team, monitoring ongoing quality assurance of service providers with regard to implementation of strategies and services as outlined in the Individual Service Plan, regulatory standards and State guidelines, and ensuring that documentation is posted within the electronic record (CYBER) within required time frames and compliant with the applicable regulatory standards.</li><li>
Coordinate the effective production of high-quality service and resource management within the Partnership for Children of Essex.</li><li>
Provide formal and informal presentations throughout the community on the missions and goals of the Partnership for Children of Essex.</li><li>
Plan and coordinate service utilization, needs, gaps, and linkages in conjunction with the Community Resource Manager and Community Resource Team.</li><li>
Serve as role model to Care Managers, youth, and their families.</li><li>
Adequately staff Care Management teams by participating in the hiring and performance assessments of Care Managers.</li><li>
Plan, organize, and facilitate in-service training for Care Managers and others.</li><li>
Plan, design, prepare, and analyze reports consistent with established database and defined Quality Management System (PowerBi).</li><li>
Provide critical information and analysis and creative ideas to Senior Management and the Board of Trustees of the Partnership for Children of Essex regarding quality service delivery and resources.</li><li>
Serve as liaison to the Operations Director on matters directly relating to child and family services, and those requiring approval.</li><li>
Perform other miscellaneous duties, as assigned by supervisor or higher-level management personnel.</li></ul><p><b>
What You Bring:</b></p><ul><li>
Embrace the mission, philosophy, and values of the Partnership for Children of Essex and demonstrates an ability to work in collaboration with the various individuals and systems involved in the CMO effort.</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, criminal justice, special education) with a minimum of two year&rsquo;s post Master&rsquo;s related supervisory experience in child welfare, children&rsquo;s behavioral health, juvenile justice, special education, or a related public sector human services or behavioral health position working with at risk children and families. Professional license preferred.</li><li>
Experience in clinical assessment and child/adolescent development, with community-based experience preferred.</li><li>
Clinically and culturally competent, with the training and experience necessary to manage complex cases across child serving systems.</li><li>
Knowledge of the Essex County community preferred.</li><li>
Computer literate with excellent writing skills.</li><li>
Excellent public speaking skills.</li><li>
Ability to work with energy and enthusiasm on a successful team.</li><li>
Infuse the Wraparound Model in your work.</li><li>
Experience with community relations and resource development a plus.</li><li>
Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>
Bilingual a plus.</li><li>
