There is a competitive shift differential for the evening, night, and weekend shifts. <li>Must obtain Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within three (3) to five (5) years of employment.</li>

<p>
Work is primarily conducted in an office or clinical setting with minimal exposure to environmental discomforts. Tasks require frequent sitting, computer use, and verbal communication via phone and in person. Occasional travel within the county for home visits or community meetings may be necessary. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds for routine office tasks.</p>

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Additional certifications or coursework in psychology, social work, or related fields are preferred.</li><li>

Physical Demands:</b></p><p>
This job requires employees to have a full range of physical capabilities, including the ability to handle and lift patients, demonstrate manual and finger dexterity, and maintain good eye-hand coordination.
