Job Responsibilities**

<ul><li>Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
</li><li>Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring careful handling and timely delivery to and from their rooms.
</li><li>Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
</li><li>Retrieve luggage from departing guests' rooms and transport it to the lobby or designated pick-up area.
</li><li>Assist guests with transportation needs, including calling taxis or providing directions.
</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized lobby and luggage storage area.
</li><li>Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
</li><li>Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
</li><li>Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications**

<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, is an advantage.
</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
</li><li>Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
</li><li>Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
