<p>The Bell Person&rsquo;s primary role is to assist guests with their luggage at all times, but especially when arriving or exiting the hotel. This role will also be responsible for safely transporting guests between the hotel and the Louisville International Airport. The Bellperson will provide a high level of customer service ensuring that personalized service is offered to each and every guest. This role will also share in Houseperson duties as needed.</p>

<li>Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable ride.</li>
<li>Maintains the front port-cochere by picking up trash, cleaning oil leaks, shoveling snow, melting ice, hosing off sidewalks etc.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle van, including washing, cleaning, fueling, regular inspections and adherence to maintenance schedules.</li>
<li>Inspects van to ensure that it is in order and that supplies are adequate. Reports damage, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor.</li>
<li>Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the shuttle van, ensuring the safety of passengers and other road users.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Front Office Managers or Director of Rooms to schedule shuttle runs based on hotel needs.</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of shuttle runs, including passenger counts, destinations, and any notable incidents or feedback. Complete and submit daily vehicle inspection and guest count checklists.</li>
<li>Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols.</li>
<li>Serves as a source of information on the location of restaurants and entertainment</li>
<li>Provides directions within the hotel to meeting rooms, restaurants, and other general information</li>
<li>Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the hotel in a positive manner.</li>
<li>Keeps curb and work area neat and clean</li>
