About The Opportunity</b></p><p>
The Benefits Associate, reporting to the Sr Manager of Benefits, supports the day-to-day administration, accuracy, and compliance of Wonder&rsquo;s benefit programs. This role is responsible for managing vendor file feeds, auditing benefits data across systems, resolving employee coverage issues, supporting claims and funding processes, and ensuring payroll and enrollment accuracy. Work Experience and Education:<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, Business Administration, Customer Service, Business Operations preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.</li><li>1 to 3 year of work experience in Insurance Industry or Customer Service is preferred.</li><li>Experience with ConceptOne (C1) and/or any Policy Administration systems a plus.</li></ul><div>
Ability to learn new applications and system features quickly.</div><ul><li>Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision.</li></ul><div><br>
Licenses and Certifications:<br>
