<b>What You'll Do</b><br>
<br>
You'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of fleet operations, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly. You will:<br>

Assess and assign all open events.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Assign the appropriate and nearest service provider to make requested repairs.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival and follow instructions according to their requirements.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the service provider's estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.</li></ul><br>

Who You Are</b><br>

You are a proactive problem solver who is eager to grow their career in the automotive industry. Here's what else you bring to the table:<br>

<b>Minimum:</b><br>
<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (Dispatching for breakdown and/or tire, medium to heavy duty vehicle maintenance). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as an advanced degree or certification in a related discipline (Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Technology) or 5 years of experience in a related field (Dispatching for breakdown and/or tire, medium to heavy duty vehicle maintenance).</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
A strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.</li></ul><br>
<b>
Preferred:</b><br>

Degree in related discipline or industry experience</li></ul><br>

Availability:</b><br>

Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET</li><li>

USD 18.17 - 27.31 per hour<br>

<b>Compensation:</b><br>
<br>
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.31/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.<br>

<b>Benefits:</b><br>

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.<br>
