We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics delivery and stakeholder partnership for our ECAM video monitoring business, one of GardaWorld&rsquo;s most critical and fast-growing divisions. 
 
This role is first and foremost a people and business leadership position. You will lead a team of BI analysts, act as a trusted advisor to ECAM operations and leadership, and ensure our data products are clearly understood, well-adopted, and driving measurable business performance. 
 
While you will operate within a modern enterprise data platform (Snowflake, Power BI, Fivetran, Azure, dbt, Git), your primary responsibility is not to be the most technical person in the room&mdash;it is to set direction, build trust, translate business needs into analytics strategy, and represent BI as a confident, value-adding partner to the ECAM business.

Analytics Strategy &amp; Delivery Oversight<ul><li>
Own the ECAM analytics roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term platform and reporting strategy.</li><li>
Oversee the development and evolution of Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and datasets&mdash;ensuring they are intuitive, trusted, and aligned to business outcomes.</li><li>
Partner with Data Engineering on data modeling, ingestion, and transformation priorities in Snowflake.</li><li>
Support and advocate for the ongoing migration from SQL Server&ndash;based reporting to Snowflake-centric analytics.</li></ul></li><li>
Platform, Governance &amp; Standards<ul><li>
Ensure ECAM analytics align with enterprise BI standards for data definitions, documentation, and visualization best practices.</li><li>
Support SOC 2&ndash;aligned governance, including role-based access, data security, and auditability.</li><li>
Monitor report usage, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction&mdash;adjusting strategy as needed to maximize impact.</li><li>
Act as a bridge between enterprise data platform initiatives and ECAM-specific needs.</li></ul></li></ul> 

Your Qualification<ul><li>
Required<ul><li>
5+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or lead-analyst capacity.</li><li>
Proven experience partnering directly with business stakeholders, not just delivering reports.</li><li>
Strong ability to communicate, influence, and build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>
Solid understanding of modern BI and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Power BI), even if not hands-on daily.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage expectations, and drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment.</li></ul></li><li>
