<p><strong>Role Summary:</strong> Within the Strategy &amp; Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Lead, Marketing Analytics who will be responsible for partnering with the Marketing team to develop best-in-class tools, measurement frameworks, and insights that enable campaign effectiveness, customer growth, and improved return on marketing investments</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic marketing initiatives, in close partnership with the relevant VP (e.g., VP of Marketing, VP of Growth), involving executive and senior stakeholders across the organization.</p>
<p>Oversee the full project management lifecycle of marketing analytics initiatives ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met while maintaining analytical rigor and clarity of insights.</p>
<p>Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure marketing analytics initiatives are scalable, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities.</p>
<p>Guide and mentor a team of analysts and managers, fostering a culture of excellence in analytical thinking, marketing measurement, and strategic storytelling.</p>
<p>Design and oversee complex analyses to evaluate campaign performance, customer journeys, and marketing ROI turning insights into actionable recommendations.</p>
