Create a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement, specifically (but not limited to) our Bike Department.</li><li>
Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation.</li><li>

Promote company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, and other seasonal promotions.</li><li>
Achieve sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise.</li><li>
Build and repair bikes in accordance with established procedures. Assist with the assembly of exercise equipment as needed.
</li><li>Maintains merchandise presentation standards and signage of Bike Department to Company standards as directed.</li><li>
Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.</li><li>
Takes an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.</li><li>
Performs other tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>

QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred</li><li>
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
</li><li>Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.</li></ul>
Targeted Pay Range: $15.50 - $24.25. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. We are a Retail &amp; Rental business with 6 rental shops through out Southern California, and we also operate the largest privately owned Retail bike shop in San Diego, we are converting our venice store into more of the retail side and need to fill our team with great candidates.Pay will range from $25-$28 depending on experience,You will also need to be able to handle the register/sales, this means interacting with customers, helping them with their service, retail or rental needs.
