<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from accredited university
</li><li>Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned to include bilingual certification</li>
</ul><ul><li>Must meet HB-3 High Quality Prekindergarten requirements as mandated by State law (30 hours of documented professional development relevant to early childhood education annually until 150 hours are completed. Half of the hours must include interaction with an instructional coach.)</li>
</ul><p>Special Knowledge/Skills:</p>
<ul><li>Knowledge of subjects assigned</li>
<li>General knowledge of curriculum and instruction
</li><li>General knowledge of second language acquisition and cross-linguistic instructions practices</li>
<li>Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to fluently communicate (i.e. speak, read and write) in Spanish</li>
