follow up on absences in accordance w/ District policies.</li></ul>HR Operational Support<ul><li>Support the execution of New Teacher Orientation and 1st and 2nd-year teacher professional development meetings - logistics, materials, catering, and participants.</li><li>Complete employment verifications and prepare verification letters upon request.</li><li>Assist with employee recognition programs, including event coordination and logistics.</li><li>Maintain confidential personnel records and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.</li></ul>Qualifications Education and Experience<ul><li>An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the position will be considered.</li><li>Multiple years of administrative assistant, human resources, or closely related experience.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and applicable employment laws.</li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.</li><li>Bilingual skills are highly valued.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>As a multi-language district, we always prefer staff who are bilingual but it is not required for this position.</li><li>Knowledge of HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and workers&rsquo;
