We are currently seeking a Bilingual Clinician to join our residential team. The Bilingual Clinician is primarily responsible for the therapeutic needs and continuum of the clinical care for a 24-bed program for Unaccompanied Children (UC) in accordance with Agency policies and procedures, licensing standards, and federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. The Clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy for the Unaccompanied Children (UC), conducts assessments, and works in collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop treatment plans and conduct utilization reviews. Other duties include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>
Complete a comprehensive psychological assessment to initiate ongoing behavioral health counseling for UC; complete the intake for each UC at time of admission, admission, and assessment of new residents/children.</li><li>
Complete assessments at the point of intake, throughout the treatment process, and at discharge to ensure residents treatment plans are meeting established goals and objectives.</li><li>

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming first point of contact for our families and to keep our practice running smoothly every day.</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p><b>Phone &amp; Client Communication</b></p><ul><li>Answer and direct all incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner</li><li>Respond to patient and family inquiries via phone and email in a timely fashion</li><li>Triage urgent calls and route messages to the appropriate therapist or clinical staff</li><li>Make outbound reminder calls and follow-up calls as needed</li></ul><p><b>Schedule &amp; Appointment Management</b></p><ul><li>Maintain and manage therapist calendars and appointment scheduling software</li><li>Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as needed</li><li>Coordinate care plans and recurring therapy schedules across multiple providers</li><li>Monitor waitlists and proactively fill openings to maximize therapist availability</li><li>Prepare daily appointment summaries and notify clinical staff of changes</li></ul><p><b>General Administrative Duties</b></p><ul><li>Collect, verify, and maintain accurate patient intake forms and demographic information</li><li>Process insurance verifications, co-pays, and billing paperwork</li><li>Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems in compliance with HIPAA</li><li>Order and manage office supplies and ensure the office is fully stocked</li><li>Assist clinical staff with administrative projects and practice initiatives as assigned</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred</li><li>1+ years of administrative or receptionist experience, ideally in a healthcare setting</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with scheduling software, EMR/EHR systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li></ul><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li>Experience working with pediatric patients or families in a clinical environment</li><li>Familiarity with medical billing and insurance verification processes</li><li>Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply</li></ul><p>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Asheville, NC 28806</p>
