<ul><li>Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collections of outstanding invoices.</li>
<li>Make regular collection calls and send correspondence to customers regarding past due balances.</li>

The Billing Specialist is responsible for timely, accurate and comprehensive billing of all provider services utilizing appropriate CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
