 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a hands-on BIM Manager to join our on-site team in Muscat, Oman for a large-scale Design &amp; Build project (Cultural Complex).
 
 
 
 
 
 This role combines active BIM modeling with team leadership and coordination responsibilities. The BIM Manager will be directly involved in architectural model development while leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination across structure and MEP. The position reports to the Head of Design and requires close collaboration with both design and construction teams on site.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead BIM coordination with Structural and MEP disciplines
 </li>

 Establish, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in a Design &amp; Build environment

 Manage and coordinate a BIM team of 2&ndash;3 modelers, including task allocation, guidance, and model reviews

 Minimum 8&ndash;12 years of professional experience

 At least 3&ndash;5 years in a BIM Manager, BIM Lead, or Senior BIM Coordinator role

 Strong hands-on BIM modeling experience (not coordination-only)

 Technical Expertise: The Project Engineering Manager shall have overall expertise in both primary engineering &amp; secondary engineering for substation projects. The Manager is required to have thorough understanding in design aspects of GIS / AIS Substations up to 765 KV.
 
 
 She / He is required to be proficient in selection of equipment such as Power Transformers, Reactors, Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors, Instrument Transformer. He shall be well versed in Substation Primary and Secondary Design including Earthing, Lighting, Lightning Protection, Cabling etc., interfaces between Civil, MEP &amp; Instrumentation and Secondary engineering activities like Schemes, Wiring Diagrams, SCADA &amp; Control System.
 
 
 The PEM is required to have understanding of leading and execution of projects for different geographies / clients / utilities. She / he should have detailed knowledge of the equipment to be installed and the market conditions for vendor engineering.
 
 
 The PEM is required to understand and interpret the contractual technical requirements and facilitate the Project Teams as and when required. The PEM shall have good interviewing skills.
