Responsibilities:

Our newest opportunity is for a talented <b>BIM Coordinator/ Engineer</b> to join our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.</div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure).</li><li>
Manage and review federated models to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.</li><li>
Perform clash detection using tools such as <b>Navisworks</b> and ensure timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and client requirements.</li><li>
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain model accuracy and consistency.</li><li>
Support design coordination meetings and provide technical input on BIM-related issues.</li><li>
Monitor model progress and report on BIM deliverables and milestones.</li><li>
Ensure proper implementation of LOD (Level of Development) standards throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and related data.</li><li>

Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 6 years of experience partnered with;</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum <b>5&ndash;8 years of experience</b> in BIM coordination, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.</li><li>
Proven experience working on <b>airport or aviation-related projects</b> is highly preferred.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.</li><li>
Proficiency in BIM software such as:<ul><li>
Revit</li><li>
Navisworks</li><li>
AutoCAD</li><li>
BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)</li></ul></li><li>
Experience in clash detection, model federation, and coordination workflows.</li><li>
