We are seeking a Mid-level MEP BIM Modeler with 2&ndash;5 years of experience to join our multidisciplinary BIM team. The ideal candidate is technically strong in Revit MEP, experienced in coordination, and comfortable working across multiple building services disciplines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, update, and manage MEP 3D models (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) using Autodesk Revit.</li><li>Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.</li><li>Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).</li><li>Assist in preparation of MEP drawings, layouts, schedules, and shop drawings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650), company guidelines, and project requirements.</li><li>Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to BIM workflow improvements.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and ACC.</li><li>Understanding of HVAC systems, electrical layouts, and basic plumbing systems.</li><li>Experience with Dynamo or BIM automation is an advantage.</li><li>Exposure to multidisciplinary coordination on medium to large-scale projects.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in an MEP BIM modeling role.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.</li><li>Must be based in Saudi Arabia.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
