Project Overview:</b></h2></div><div><p>
Jubail is one of Bechtel&rsquo;s most remarkable achievements&mdash;a city built from the sand up, requiring vast resources and logistical planning on an unprecedented scale. It the biggest civil engineering project in modern times&mdash;and it's getting bigger. Bechtel has managed the Jubail project, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, since it began in the mid-1970s. Bechtel serves as the Management Services Contractor (MSC), or &ldquo;owner&rsquo;s representative&rdquo; for our client, the Royal Commission (RC). We are the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) managers, managing design submissions from local AE firms, and overseeing the actual construction work being performed by local contractors and sub-contractors in Jubail and Ras-Al-Khair Industrial Cities. Job Summary:</b></h2></div><div><p>
The BIM Specialist is responsible for implementing BIM processes to support delivery of the Project. The BIM Specialist is responsible for management of the cross-functional collaboration environment, including BIM/CAD model development, coordination to comply with Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP); 4D/5D processes and to drive an innovative culture on Project.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Training of project delivery team on the CDE (ProjectWise) and associated BIM workflows to support the delivery of the project key processes and deliverables</li><li>

Conducts regular Assessments to review the implementation of the BEP and compliance to the project execution strategy, capture Lessons Learned and seek opportunities for improvement</li><li>
Performs and manages the work in accordance with relevant Project Procedures and information requirements (EIR/AIR/PIR)</li><li>
Create standard processes for the preparation of model-based design quantity take-offs, enables construction quantity reporting processes and forecasting</li><li>
