The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and customer support for biomedical capital equipment installed across various hospitals. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all installed biomedical equipment in hospitals.</li><li>Implement PM schedules in a timely manner and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.</li><li>Conduct on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of equipment.</li><li>Perform hands-on troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs at customer sites.</li><li>Provide technical support and resolve service-related issues efficiently.</li><li>Conduct on-site training sessions for customers and end users.</li><li>Develop and maintain service and technical documentation.</li><li>Update and manage service records in the company&rsquo;s enterprise database.</li><li>Handle field service calls promptly and coordinate with field application specialists where necessary.</li><li>Ensure all required paperwork and service reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.</li><li>Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and take corrective actions when needed.</li><li>Manage customer relationships for all service-related matters.</li><li>Perform any other duties aligned with the role&rsquo;s scope and capabilities.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in servicing biomedical or capital equipment (preferably hospital-based).</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks efficiently.</li><li>Willingness to travel to various hospital sites as required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
