Manage technician team who are responsible for performing vehicle body repairs, keep running of the body shop 
in accordance to SOP that assure target achievement, maximum productivity, quality and profitability.<div>
Responsibilities:

<ul><li>Know and understand the dealership&rsquo;s warranty policies and procedures.</li><li>Cross-train the B&amp;P personnel to cover different roles inside the department to cover any manpower</li></ul>
shortage effectively and efficiently 
<ul><li>Realign B&amp;P employees, who fail to adhere to instructions, company policies etc.</li><li>Report to management any circumstances that compromise the integrity, security or financial position of</li></ul>
the dealership. 
<ul><li>Set a high standard for shop cleanliness, equipment repair and general shop appearance and require that</li></ul>
it be maintained. 
<ul><li>Schedule preventive maintenance of shop equipment.</li><li>Organize and maintain proper use of the B&amp;P department&rsquo;s designated parking areas.</li><li>Analyze and eliminate practices that waste supplies, utilities, space and time.</li></ul></div> 
Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in B&amp;P operation in a reputable dealership.</li><li>
Good understanding of automotive systems.</li><li>
Fluent written and spoken English.</li><li>
Knowledge of procedures for parts volume order processing, logistics.</li><li>
Knowledge of inventory control &amp; Stock management.</li><li>
MB brand experience is a plus.</li><li>
Latest B&amp;P repairs equipment, suppliers and repair techniques.</li><li>
Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.</li><li>
Ability to use the MB Parts Catalogue and Knowledge of parts operating systems preferred.</li></ul></div>
