<div>Quintech Electronics &amp; Communications, Inc. is seeking a Bookkeeper whose primary duties will include the activities of general accounting, financial reporting of the company, and working within a team for collections and payables. 
 
Primary duties will include:<ul><li>
Preparation of monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliations, account reconciliations and other related statements that reflect the company's financial condition according to corporate policies and procedures.</li><li>
Prepare monthly income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows for the company</li><li>
Posting of related journal entries, including month-end closing entries, and preparation of related supporting documentation.</li><li>
Filing of monthly or quarterly sales tax returns</li><li>
Liaising with tax advisors to ensure local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings are completed.</li><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned as well as adhere to company policies and procedures.</li></ul> 

Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business/accounting or related field and/or a minimum of one year of work related experience.</li><li>
Prior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset</li><li>
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with ability to read, interpret and carry out both written and oral instructions.</li><li>
Work requires attention to detail with strong organization and time management skills</li><li>
Must have knowledge of typical business operations and working use of a variety of office equipment and software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database software (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li><li>
Must have ability to understand departmental operations and procedures along with a demonstrated ability to report to work as scheduled and on time.</li></ul><div>

 No previous professional experience is required to apply to this role, however, working on this project will require you to pass the basic requirements and go through a standard assessment process. This is a part-time long-term project and your work will be subject to our standard quality assurance checks during the term of this agreement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Basic Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Working as a freelancer with excellent communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Being a resident in the United States for the last 3 consecutive years and having familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the US.
 </li>
 <li>
 Active use of Gmail and other forms of social media and experience in the use of web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a smartphone (Android 5.0, iOS 14 or higher), and a personal computer to work on.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Assessment
 
 
 
 In order to be hired into the program, you&rsquo;ll take a language assessment and an open book qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification. Don&rsquo;t worry, our team will provide you with guidelines and learning materials before your exam. You will be required to complete the exam in a specific timeframe but at your convenience!
