Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines efficient office management with accurate bookkeeping, ensuring smooth daily operations and financial integrity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will manage administrative tasks, and oversee billing and collections, oversee relationshippwith outside book-keeper, manage benefits programs for employees, oversee maintenance of insurance coverage, oversee financial record-keeping to support our company's success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and bookkeeping expertise in a vibrant work environment.Duties<ul><li>Manage daily office operations including filing, data entry, calendar management, and organization of supplies</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software; perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Support administrative functions like proofreading documents, managing emails, and preparing reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Assist with personal assistant duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone</li><li>Ensure proper office procedures are followed for filing, record keeping, and data entry to maintain a well-organized workspace</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills</li><li>Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Clio, and general computer literacy</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks</li><li>Knowledge of bookkeeping principles; previous experience with bookkeeping or accounting software is preferred</li><li>Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously</li></ul>Join us in a role that empowers you to make a meaningful impact every day!
