 Reporting directly to the Finance Manager MEA, this position will also offer the right candidate the opportunity to have an impact on all aspects of our Accounting function.
 
 
 
 ✨ How will you make an impact?
 
 
 
 You are responsible for, but not limited to:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Primary responsibilities includes: Client invoicing and collection (Accounts Receivable), Supplier bookkeeping and payment (Accounts Payable), Monthly processing of Employee expenses, Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany reconciliation, Monthly financial closing report.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for full accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all finance and accounting tasks for the assigned entities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive consistent and effective policies and procedures during monthly close process including account reconciliations, bookkeeping, accruals, and year-end financial audit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liase with external consultant on timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure financial reports to the Finance Manager MEA in the reporting system
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 🎯 What Makes You a Great Fit
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BS or higher in Business Administration/Accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 3 years relevant experience in corporate accounting/finance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in tax filing (ie. VAT, Annual tax return, Withholding)
 </li>
 <li>
 Detailed knowledge of accounting and other relevant reporting standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office application.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in Quickbooks and Zoho accounting software
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and able to think analytically
