A Day in the Life
As our Front Desk Receptionist and Billing Department Assistant, you are the welcoming face of our company. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a great first impression as you greet visitors, residents, and vendors. You will manage the facility's main phone lines, check people in and out, and answer or refer all inquiries with excellent customer service. In addition to your front-desk responsibilities, you will be an integral part of our Billing Department. You will help ensure our financial records are accurate by supporting day-to-day accounting functions. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you assist with tasks related to the business office such as mail processing, bank deposits, and census reports. You will keep your workspace clean and ensure efficient office operations by restocking supplies and proactively identifying other tasks that need to be done. You will get great satisfaction from providing outstanding service and contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.
