MAJOR DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Provides assistance and support to the Manager Service &amp; Operations including but not limited with: Scheduling Associate Tellers availability based on customers branch volumes, teller differences, GL accounts reports, prepare and receive branch cash requisitions, among others.</li><li>
 Verify and authorize transactions within the established limits.</li><li>
 Provides advice and coaching to the Associate Tellers team with daily operations and activities.</li><li>
 Provides prompt, courteous and efficient services to customers with precision and accuracy adhering to all accounting, operational and security procedures and practices established by management.</li><li>
 Encourage branch compliance with bank regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering requirements.</li><li>
 Processes all types of deposit accounts, wire transfers, payments, among other transactions.</li><li>
 Support the financial institution&rsquo;s customers retention strategies.</li><li>
Provides prompt, courteous and efficient services to the organization&rsquo;s internal and external customers with precision and accuracy adhering to all procedures and practices established by management and encourage Associate Tellers staff follows established guidelines.</li><li>
 Ensures compliance with policies and procedures in financial transactions, and make sure Associate Tellers staffs adheres to established processes.</li><li>
Promotes and provides information on the organization&rsquo;s products and services.</li><li>
Promotes with customers Digital Migration and Adoption and encourage the same behavior within the Associate Tellers team.</li><li>
Identifies cross-selling opportunities and perform customers referrals to appropriate sales team member.</li><li>
Encourage referrals effectiveness within the Associate Tellers.</li><li>

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related subject required.</li><li>
Two (2) year experience in a similar role required. Experience in the banking industry highly desirable.</li><li>
Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.</li><li>
Knowledge and experience in banking industry operating policies, procedures and regulations required.</li><li>

<b>What You'll Need:</b><br>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Customer service, cash handling, and balancing experience.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to function as a team player in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to discuss and refer our products and services to members.</li>
<li>Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs., usually coin.</li>
<li>Saturday hours are required on a rotational schedule.</li>
