An Area Customer Experience Specialist is a financial concierge for our walk-in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. You will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently to provide exemplary customer service while educating customers on bank products, services and technology. In addition, an Area Customer Experience Specialist is also a resource to support colleagues in a branch helping to provide consistent and seamless experiences. Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

Summary: 
The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for executing sourcing strategies, reviewing branch assortment with assigned branches, managing and improving Branch/Customer Solutions Center in-stock fill rates by monitoring inventory levels and adjusting replenishment settings for its assigned vendors and regional distribution network and/or branches. The Senior Procurement Specialist reviews, adjusts and executes daily recommended replenishment orders. The role is also responsible for expediting open POs and managing cost, quantity and defective issues with vendors. 
 
What You'll Do:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented individual to join our team. The Library Assistant Specialist provides excellent service to people of all ages. This position directly performs library service tasks including circulation of materials, answering reference and reader's advisory questions, providing technology assistance, and assisting guests at the service desk.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Demonstrates Welcoming Behaviors and C.C.P.L. Internal Service Standards to encourage approachability and effective interactions with vendors, guests, and staff at all levels of the organization.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Interprets library policies and procedures in a guest-responsive manner and reports any unresolved problems to the Branch Manager or Person-in-Charge.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Maintains a working knowledge of the library materials, services, and programs and promotes to people of all ages.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Answers library guest reference questions, in person and on the telephone, using materials in a variety of formats (i.e., books, audio/visual materials, databases, periodicals, etc.), including the online catalog and the internet.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Provides reader's advisory services and bibliographic instruction for library guests of all ages.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Participates in marketing the collection and library services (passive programs, displays, etc.). Promotes library programs and services.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Conducts training for the public in the use of computers and other electronic resources, and assists guests in using the online catalog, computers, internet, printer, self-check-out stations, and copiers.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Uses library circulation system to assist library guests at the desk, including checking materials in and out, processing holds, registering borrowers, explaining overdue policies and procedures, and collecting fines and fees accurately.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Assists in opening and closing duties by counting money, using the financial functions to print and balance the cash sheet, emptying material drops, preparing materials for the shuttle, and ensuring the proper appearance of the branch.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Maintains knowledge of the Dewey Decimal Classification system in order to sort and shelve materials on a daily basis. Assists in the maintenance of the collections including the processing of donations as assigned.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Performs general clerical duties as assigned, such as maintaining branch files, recording monthly engagement statistics, processing vendor reports, and ordering office and hygiene supplies within the assigned budget.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Monitors branch safety and facility conditions, notifies manager or administration as issues occur, and completes facility reports.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Regular and predictable physical attendance.</li></ul> 
Qualifications and Required Abilities:<ul><li>
High school diploma. Two years of relevant experience preferred.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Is skilled in using computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office products, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Is familiar with electronic resources to aid in reference and reader's advisory assistance, programming, statistical reports, and communication. Learns new skills as they develop or are implemented.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Establishes and maintains an excellent working relationship with library staff in all departments, library guests, with volunteers, and within workgroups, respectful of diversity and all ages.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills when providing excellent service to people of all ages and abilities. Knows and explains available library services, policies and procedures.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Demonstrates courtesy and tact. Maintains composure, demonstrates diplomacy and maintains confidentiality while addressing issues with the public, including complaint resolution.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills in a variety of formats. Uses available communication tools to keep informed of policy and procedural changes. Communicates with manager on a daily basis.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Possesses knowledge of both current and classic library materials for all ages.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Operates office equipment such as printers, telephones, copiers (including faxing and scanning, etc. Performs minor maintenance and troubleshooting.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Has the analytical ability to understand and solve typical reference questions by supplying information well-suited to the library guest. Refers more difficult questions to appropriate staff members as needed.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Demonstrates independent judgment, organizational skills, and is detail oriented. Performs duties without direct supervision, determines appropriate time commitments for the task at hand, handles multiple priorities, and concentrates on a task despite frequent interruptions.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Is self-motivated and demonstrates effective problem-solving and decision-making techniques. Applies library policies and procedures to the situations encountered.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Performs periodic self-evaluation, and sets long and short-range goals and priorities for self.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Sits, stands and/or walks for extended periods of time. Must have agility and strength necessary to effectively and safely reach up or down, stoop, stretch, and use step stools and ladders to retrieve and shelve materials, conduct programs, carry equipment, straighten facility, rearrange furniture under 50 pounds, shovel snow, etc.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Manipulates loaded book cart weighing up to 200 pounds over carpeted floors and carries materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Must have reliable transportation for travel to and from other branches and departments. Works at other branches as necessary.</li></ul> 

Rate: Minimum $14.00 per hour Pay Grade 3, non-exempt 40 hours/week CBU Status: Bargaining Unit Operating Hours:<ul><li>
