Position Overview
<br>We’re hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and customer service excellence at our Frederick, MD branch. This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on developing teams, optimizing branch performance, and driving results through collaboration and service.
<br>As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee personnel, sales, inventory, and distribution processes while maintaining a culture of safety, accountability, and respect.
<br><br>
What You’ll Be Doing
<br><ul>
<li>Lead the branch team with effective communication, motivation, and clear performance expectations.</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to meet growth and profitability goals.</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of branch operations, including financial performance, personnel, inventory, and vendor relationships.</li>
<li>Coach, train, and develop employees to ensure high performance and engagement.</li>
<li>Review financial indicators to measure branch success and identify improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all safety, DOT, Hazmat, and employment regulations.</li>
<li>Manage fleet resources to meet daily customer service and delivery requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee warehouse slotting, storage layout, and inventory control to maximize efficiency and accuracy.</li>
<li>Maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities that reflect company standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other Branch Managers and the Regional Operations Manager to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices across the region.</li>

<br>✔ Professional appearance consistent with the construction industry
<br>✔ Industry and product knowledge preferred
<br>✔ Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in a related leadership role
