Pay Range:</b> $25.44 to $38.16 per hour</p>

Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.</p>

SUMMARY:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) will provide supervision and leadership for Tellers and New Account Representatives. This person must have the ability to communicate effectively while working quickly and accurately.</div><div></div><div><br>
The ABM will have extensive contact with customers, vendors, the public, and bank staff and will interact in a professional and courteous manner and conduct him/herself in such relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall efficiency and image of the bank. Also, will implement, communicate, and manage branch-related operational policies and procedures under the direction of the Branch Manager.</div><div><br>
</div><div><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul><li>
Represent the Bank in a professional manner which includes a professional image, confidentiality, a &ldquo;consider it done&rdquo; attitude, good attendance, punctuality, flexibility and adaptability in meeting bank and customer needs</li><li>
Provide superior internal and external customer service while demonstrating self-governance, courtesy, and respect toward external customers as well as organization personnel</li><li>
Keep management appropriately informed of significant issues, problems and complaints</li><li>
Supervise Tellers and New Accounts Representatives</li><li>
Resolve customer concerns/complaints, maintain appropriate contact with customers through verbal and written communication</li><li>
Monitor hourly employees&rsquo; time/schedule and time sheets</li><li>
Complete Annual Performance Evaluations for each branch staff member</li><li>
Conduct monthly certifications</li><li>
Complete month-end reporting, including, but not limited to, balancing teller differences, closed accounts, manager&rsquo;s and security reports</li><li>
Conduct weekly/monthly staff meetings</li><li>
Perform all Teller functions, including, but not limited to, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, stop payments, selling cashier checks and money orders, processing account holds</li><li>
Perform or assist with all personal bank functions, including, but not limited to opening variety of accounts (checking, savings, business, IRA, CD, HSA, Safe Deposit Boxes), account maintenance, create and troubleshoot online banking accounts, ordering checks and debit cards, processing bankcard disputes</li><li>
Refer customers and prospects to bank services, explaining a variety of account types and services</li><li>
Assist Branch Manager to achieve all annual growth objectives and other projects and responsibilities as needed</li><li>
Participate in projects and assignments, which may include obtaining information and research from a variety of sources</li><li>
May originate consumer loans; maintain up to date training and adhere to loan compliance standards</li><li>
Complete required bank trainings courses within assigned time frames</li><li>
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.</li><li>
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control</li><li>
