Job Title: 3D Designer – Events & Experiences (SketchUp + AI)

About Nexrevive Nexrevive is a Dubai‑based creative event agency that turns clients' goals into brand experiences that create real impact. We design and deliver events end to end - creative, 3D, production, technical AV and on‑ground management - for corporate, government, festivals and brand launches across the UAE and KSA. Speed and creativity win us pitches, and our design studio runs on SketchUp and AI‑accelerated workflows.

The Role We're looking for a fast, imaginative 3D Designer to bring event concepts to life - designing stages, stands, sets, activations and exhibition builds in SketchUp, producing striking renders (accelerated with AI tools), and delivering the 2D layouts and technical drawings that make them buildable. You'll turn briefs into board‑ready visuals quickly, helping us win competitive pitches.

Key Responsibilities

• Design 3D concepts for events, stages, exhibition stands, activations and sets using SketchUp (our primary 3D tool).
• Produce high‑quality 3D renders and visuals, using AI tools to accelerate concepting and rendering.
• Create 2D deliverables - floor plans, layouts, elevations and production‑ready technical drawings.
• Develop mood boards and design directions that match the client's brand and budget.
• Turn briefs into pitch‑ready visuals at speed, working closely with the Creative Director and production team.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback while keeping to deadlines.
• Ensure designs are practical, on‑budget and buildable for on‑ground production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, ideally in events, exhibitions, interiors, retail or production.
• Expert in SketchUp — this is our core 3D tool (3ds Max is not required).
• Strong rendering skills using a SketchUp‑compatible engine such as V‑Ray, Enscape or D5 Render.
• Hands‑on experience with AI design/render tools (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar) to speed up ideation and visuals.
• Solid 2D design skills — Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; ability to produce technical drawings (AutoCAD a plus).
• A strong portfolio showcasing 3D event/exhibition/spatial work is required.
• Fast, creative and detail‑oriented, able to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Good eye for spatial design, materials, lighting and branding.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for government or large‑scale events in the UAE/GCC.
• Knowledge of production, fabrication and materials.
