CERTIFICATION, LICENSE, AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Valid Georgia Driver's License.

Strong understanding of branding principles and visual communication strategies.</li><li>

Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of web design and social media content creation is a plus.</li><li>
Ability to operate presentation equipment.</li><li>
Ability to operate remote vehicles and equipment.</li>
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Ability to exercise judgment in the release of information.
Ability to coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously using effective time management and problem-solving techniques.<li>

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work requires sedentary activity and involves prolonged periods of sitting; frequent fingering, grasping, and handling associated with computer and design equipment use; repetitive motion; reaching; speaking and hearing to communicate with staff, vendors, and city officials; sustained visual acuity for detailed graphic design, content review, and digital media production; and the mental acuity necessary to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work is typically performed in an office environment that is relatively safe, secure, and stable, with regular interaction across city departments and occasional attendance at meetings, events, or production activities that may require flexibility in schedule and work setting.</div>
