QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in art direction, design, or creative production within lifestyle, hospitality, fitness, or consumer brands</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on production work, not just conceptual or leadership pieces</li>
<li>Expert-level design skills with proven ability to execute across channels</li>
<li>Deep understanding of print and digital production processes and best practices</li>
<li>Experience ideating and executing integrated marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Strong visual judgment and exceptional attention to detail</li>
<li>Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion and video experience is a plus</li>
