About the Role 
The Brand Manager &amp; Content Creator drives the creation and delivery of impactful content that enhances KIPP DC&rsquo;s brand identity and audience engagement. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, you&rsquo;ll focus on storytelling, copywriting, photography, videography, and social media management, centralizing the organization's messaging and visual presence across all channels. 
 
Location and Type of Work 
This is an exempt position and will report to the Director of Marketing. As a headquarters team that is focused on being responsive to our schools and meeting the needs of our students and families, we approach our work in a way that reflects these priorities. Schools operate in person and our students and families rely on us for in-person support, and this position will regularly provide on-site support to school teams, frequently partner with other headquarters teams, or regularly work in multiple locations. Because of the nature of the work, this role allows for occasional flexibility and will be required to be onsite 4 days per week. 
 
Responsibilities

Develops key messaging that communicates KIPP DC&rsquo;s value proposition to diverse audiences, including families, staff, and community partners.</li><li>

Requirements &amp; Preferences<div>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.</li><li>

Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Advisor for Communications, Marketing, and Education (Senior Advisor), the Director of Creative and Digital Communications holds day-to-day ownership of NFHA&rsquo;s creative output and digital communications ecosystem. This is not a campaign coordination role. The Director will serve as a key member of the Communications/Marketing Division, responsible for translating NFHA&rsquo;s organizational strategy into compelling stories, campaigns, and public-facing communications that advance the mission across platforms.
The Director will own the creative and digital execution layer of NFHA&rsquo;s public-facing communications&mdash; including brand identity, multi-platform content strategy, and digital infrastructure such as the website and social channels. The Senior Advisor provides strategic direction, divisional priorities, and executive oversight, and works closely and directly alongside the Director across all major initiatives. Build Brands
