Job Description:
The Associate Manager, Brand Strategy supports the Brand Strategy organization in developing and executing strategies that strengthen the bank&rsquo;s brand positioning, reputation, and customer experience. As a brand champion for TD&rsquo;s &ldquo;More Human&rdquo; brand platform, this role helps ensure consistent and cohesive brand expression. The Associate Manager will work alongside cross-functional partners to align messaging, creative, and execution across integrated marketing campaigns.
The Associate Marketing Manager is an expert level marketing professional responsible for managing and/or leading development and execution of moderate to complex marketing plans/programs/projects/strategies, by designing and delivering marketing solutions/insights consistent with TD&rsquo;s marketing standards and strategies, in support of business results, customer engagement and experience.

 The Brand Strategist is responsible for bringing the company&rsquo;s brand strategy initiatives to life across marketing channels, campaigns, internal communications, and customer touchpoints. This role helps track brand health metrics and develop recommendations for further improvement.
 
 
 Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Strategy, this role translates brand positioning and messaging frameworks into compelling marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, consideration, and reputation.
