</h3><ul><li>Conduct routine and detailed bridge inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
</li><li>Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to quality, HSE, and regulatory requirements .
</li><li>Coordinate with the PMO to align inspection activities with the overall project schedule, scope, and milestones.
</li><li>Review construction materials, workmanship, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.
</li><li>Identify non-conformities, issue inspection reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
</li><li>Participate in site assessments, surveys, and technical inspections related to bridge structures.
</li><li>Support risk identification and mitigation by reporting potential technical, quality, or safety issues to the PMO.
</li><li>Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
</li><li>Track inspection progress and submit regular reports and KPIs to the PMO and project stakeholders.
</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
</li><li>Ensure all bridge works comply with local, national, and international codes and standards .
</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, inspection records, and as-built verification reports.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements
</h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in bridge inspection or construction supervision , preferably within PMO-managed projects.
</li><li>Strong understanding of bridge construction methods, materials, and inspection procedures.
</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements .
</li><li>Familiarity with bridge-related standards, codes, and safety regulations.
</li><li>Experience working closely with contractors, consultants, and PMO teams.
</li><li>Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
</li><li>Knowledge of HSE practices applicable to bridge and infrastructure projects.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Qualifications
</h3><ul><li>Certifications such as PMP, CCP, or relevant inspection certifications .
</li><li>Experience in government-funded or large-scale public infrastructure projects .
</li><li>Previous involvement in O&amp;M or long-term infrastructure programs .</li></ul></div>

Bridge Inspector

<div>We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HSE Inspector to oversee and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on the project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in monitoring and implementing HSE practices on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, ensuring all site activities are conducted safely and in accordance with project requirements and international standards. 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct daily site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with the HSE plan and regulations.
</li><li>Identify unsafe conditions, practices, or hazards and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
</li><li>Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with local and international HSE standards, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
</li><li>Review and verify risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and lifting plans.
</li><li>Participate in incident investigations, root cause analyses, and preparation of reports.
</li><li>Monitor and enforce the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to safe work procedures.
</li><li>Support the implementation of the HSE Management System (HSEMS) on-site.
</li><li>Maintain detailed records of inspections, violations, corrective actions, and HSE performance.
</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.
</li>Liaise with contractors, consultants, and the client on HSE matters and participate in HSE coordination meetings.

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
</li><li>Minimum of 6 years of relevant HSE experience, including at least 5 years in a PMC or consultancy environment.
</li><li>In-depth knowledge of construction HSE practices, regulations, and standards.
</li><li>Familiarity with permit-to-work systems, confined space, working at heights, lifting operations, and hot work.
</li><li>Proficient in incident reporting, safety documentation, and audit systems.
</li><li>Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills.
</li><li>NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent

 As an Analyst, you will report directly to either the Senior Manager or Associate Director within the Supply Department and this will be an individual contributor role. You will be responsible and fully empowered to work with the partners on the ground. You will be supported by a team within the Supply department and work closely with other Team members within Agoda.

 Translate internal briefs into analytical projects (to include refining the initial brief and asking the &lsquo;right questions&rsquo;, working through potential hypotheses and storyboarding the output)

 Use and analyze data from multiple large-scale data warehouses and present statistically strong analysis to a wide range of business stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify opportunities for growth within supply and the wider business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive new analytical initiatives and projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and shaping Agoda supply.

 Identify, support, and lead projects aimed at scaling up the way the Supply organization leverages on data, insights, and intelligence.

 Automate manual operational processes and present back on time savings gained through modernization of business operations

 What you&rsquo;ll Need to Succeed
 
 :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 2-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BI
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferably)
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert domain of data analysis and data visualization tools and software such as Excel, Python (or R)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance).
 </li>
 <li>
 A good understanding of statistical modelling knowledge or any machine learning technique knowledge (such as hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, random forest, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good stakeholder management experience. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in conducting A/B testing experimentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in finding data insights and provide business recommendation to the business
 </li>
 <li>
 A hacker&rsquo;s mindset &ndash; the ability to build simple but clever and elegant solutions to new problems within significant resource, operational and time constraints through deep understanding of the business, creative problem solving, and a wide range of expertise in data, analytics, automation, programming, and prototyping.
