Oversee, manage and book crew for studio crew and remote crew</li><li>
Establish rates and approval of timecards for below the line show staff and crew</li><li>
Facilitate all trucking and delivery of show props, wardrobe and technical gear as needed.</li><li>
Work with vendors on costs and orders weekly/monthly.</li><li>
Coordinate backline and stage design with Music Department for House band and musical guest band.</li><li>
Work with show lawyers and standards on all script related issues</li><li>
Knowledge of music clearance as it related to Live Television</li><li>
Manage and oversee studio schedule</li><li>
Manage and produce promos and pretapes in studio.</li></ul>
Travel:<ul><li>
Work with Production Supervisor and Supervising Producer on Approval of all show travel, including hotel, car, airline, etc. reservations.</li></ul>
Talent/Casting Contracts:<ul><li>
Supervise as needed with producers and production all talent contracts each week, including host, musical guest, dancers, stunts, puppeteers, singers, stand-ins and extras.</li><li>
Act as main point of contact in obtaining Executive leadership approval if/when show staff appear on-air for the show.</li></ul>
Cost Management:<ul><li>
Reconcile travel and production office P-card/cachet charges; ensure accurate financial reporting.</li><li>
Audit car and meal charges against the Company&rsquo;s policy to ensure compliance and enforcement of rules</li><li>
Serve as an approver for P-card and cachet purchases, ensuring compliance with Supervising Producer/</li><li>
Track show costs to ensure accurate reporting for the Supervising Producer and Accounting teams.</li><li>
Oversee Timecards, accounts payable, petty cash, and purchase cards.</li><li>
Provide regular updates on cost performance against budget with Supervising Producer.</li><li>
Flag and escalate irregular and/or suspicious spending, as necessary.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience working in a production environment, supporting studio production, remote/film production and production office operations.</li><li>
Must have ability to work flexible hours due to the production schedule of the show, including weekends and late nights.</li><li>
Must be proficient on Mac and PC</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li><li>
Must be willing to work in New York, NY</li></ul>

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact between different levels of the organization (from Studio Executives to production employees).</li><li>
